As a national trainer, Chad gained experience recruiting, hiring, and managing sales and finance professionals.

Chad started in 1993 in the Automotive Industry working from Sales to General Sales Manager in retail automotive dealerships. He had 2 years indirect lending managing 4 states and helping dealers sell more cars by getting deals approved.

Later, Chad  had 5 years with CMSI “credit connection” starting as a regional sales manager working into the National Director of Dealer Development. He was able to work with dealers all over the country helping them streamline the automotive sales and finance process. He held this position until 2003 when they were acquired by Dealertrak.

He then worked for the Van Tuyl group holding the position of Regional Finance Director where he traveled and worked with their dealerships while also helping teach the finance school each month. Chad was able to obtain a wealth of knowledge and made some great relationships with this group, in Nov 2005 with the birth of his first child decided to no longer travel each week.

Chad truly enjoys what he does “working with my automotive partners”. He is able to to take years of knowledge and apply it daily, helping his partners increase their bottom line while being compliant and finding quality people when needed. When not in the field each week visiting and working with dealers he is in our training facility teaching school. Chad continues to learn, his motto is  “my game is the Retail Automotive Business and I am a student of this game!”
