Jason Caley Service Trainer

Automotive Training Concepts is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Caley to our team!

Jason humbly began his automotive career in 1994 as a service porter. Shortly thereafter he was promoted to the service advisor position which he held for 5 years.

He was then promoted to service manager and eventually inherited the parts and body shop departments. He excelled as the fixed operations manager for 15 years. His departments were the most profitable within his dealership with many months averaging well over 100% service absorption.

Jason is gifted with superior people skills, resulting in excellent employee and customer retention. Based on his results he was invited to speak at numerous dealer 20 group functions.

Jason brings a dynamic approach in teaching how to maximize the “service side” as well as understanding the intricate logistics of successful fixed operations departments. His teachings are based on the belief that the “back end” is the “back bone” of most dealerships. Jason resides with his family in Pleasant Hill, MO. He enjoys coaching baseball, archery and hunting in his spare time.
